We've spent the past five years living full-time in our caravan, caretaking homes and properties right across Australia. From suburban homes to working farms, we approach every sit the same way: with attention to detail, genuine care, and the steady, reliable communication that lets owners truly relax while they're away.

Cows, chickens, horses, alpacas, dogs, cats and gardens — we've even helped run a flower farm. Daily routines and basic property upkeep come naturally, and very little is unfamiliar.

We've cared for homes while owners were overseas, with regular photos and video calls as standard. Mark's background is 20+ years leading remote teams; Sandy's is 20 years in aged care and nursing — so proactive, no-surprises updates and a genuine duty of care are second nature.
Trust & flexibility
We've adjusted our own plans to fit owners' changing travel, and many of the families we sit for book us back again and again — some now plan their holidays around our availability.

What owners usually ask
How much does house sitting cost?
We don't charge a fee — house sitting is a reciprocal arrangement. In exchange for free accommodation, we take full responsibility for your home, pets and property while you're away. Owners often cover essentials like utilities, but there's no cash payment involved.
What areas of Australia do you cover?
We travel full-time in our caravan and take sits right across Australia — we're not tied to one state or city. Get in touch with your location and dates and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
Do you look after farm animals, not just dogs and cats?
Yes. Alongside the usual dogs, cats and small pets, we've cared for cows, chickens, horses and alpacas, and even helped run a flower farm. If you've got acreage or livestock, we're comfortable with the daily routines that come with it.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially over school holidays and peak travel periods, but reach out even if your dates are close — we'll always let you know honestly if we can help.
Can we meet you before confirming?
Always. We do a meet-and-greet with every owner (and every pet) before a sit is confirmed, so you can be comfortable with us before you leave.
What if our travel dates change?
Tell us as soon as you know. We've adjusted our own plans before to accommodate an owner's changed flights, and we'll always try to make it work.
